The Student Mail Center (SMC) is located on the first floor of the Sullivan Student Center. The SMC dispenses mail and parcels to St. Lawrence students. Students are assigned a combination-operated mailbox that is kept throughout their time at St. Lawrence University.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT DELIVERIES

Mail and/or packages are delivered daily by USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL. While your carrier may send you an email stating your package has been delivered to St. Lawrence University, our mail services employees need time to sort and process these before you are able to pick them up at the SMC window. While we make every effort to have all packages processed and ready within the same day, processing times may vary depending on the time of the year and the amount of the incoming volume. When the volume is heavy, such as at each semester start-up, the process may take from 24 to 48 hours to complete. It is important to keep in mind during these busy times,  “Overnight” or “Next Day” packages may not be available for pick-up until the following day that it was received at the SMC.
